School Board to Appeal Prayer Decision
Newspapers around the state are reporting on the impact of U.S. District Judge Ginger Berrigan's decision to ban prayer at Tanghipahoa Parish School Board Meetings. The Times-Picayunereports that the School Board voted to appeal the decision at its meeting last night.
